Q1: What are the three core product series from Petipia?
Petipia offers three professional outdoor smart equipment series:
Hunting Dog GPS Tracker Series: Dual-satellite positioning (GPS+BeiDou), real-time location tracking, history replay, and geo-fencing alerts. Bright orange body, IP67 waterproof, up to 20 days battery life.
Trail Camera · Phantom Camo Series: 4K ultra-high-definition capture, 0.2s trigger speed, 940nm no-glow infrared night vision. Full terrain camouflage design, remote viewing via mobile app and cloud storage.
Night Vision · Dark Stalker Series: 500m observation range in complete darkness, built-in IR illumination, HD OLED display, supports video recording and photo capture. Military-grade black body, operates at -30°C, 12h battery life.
Q2: How many dogs can the Hunting Dog GPS tracker track simultaneously?
You can manage multiple GPS trackers under one account, allowing you to track the real-time location of several hunting dogs at the same time. The maximum number depends on your system version. Please refer to the product manual or contact customer support for details.
Q3: How fast is the trigger speed of the trail camera? Does night shooting disturb animals?
Our trail camera uses passive infrared (PIR) sensing technology with a 0.2s trigger speed, ensuring you never miss critical moments. The 940nm no-glow LED emits almost no visible light, making it completely stealthy and non-intrusive to wildlife.
Q4: Can the night vision device work in complete darkness?
Yes. The night vision device is equipped with built-in IR illumination, allowing clear observation even in total darkness, with an effective range of up to 500 meters. It also performs well in low-light conditions such as starlight or moonlight.

Q7: Are taxes and shipping fees included in the price?

Q9: How can I track my order?

Q10: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Available countries/regions will be listed at checkout. International delivery usually takes 7-20 business days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
4. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Q11: What is the warranty period for Petipia products?
Warranty periods are based on product price:
Products between 10,000 – 100,000 HUF: 1-year warranty
Products between 100,000 – 250,000 HUF: 2-year warranty
Products above 250,000 HUF: 3-year warranty
The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product (or installation date, if installed by us).
Q12: What does the warranty cover? What is excluded?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues under normal use. Exclusions include:
Damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper use
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, natural battery degradation)
Failure to follow product instructions
Force majeure events (e.g., floods, fires, lightning strikes)
Q13: How do I request warranty service?

Please include your order number, product model, defect description, and supporting photos/videos. We will process your request promptly.
Q14: What if my product fails within 3 days of delivery?
If a defect is discovered within 3 business days of receiving (or installation of) the product, and the defect prevents normal use, you are entitled to a replacement. We will replace the product with an identical unit free of charge.
Q15: What is the difference between Warranty and Product Warranty (liability)?
Warranty: The manufacturer's guarantee of quality for a specific period (1-3 years) under normal use.
Product Warranty/Liability: Legal responsibility for personal injury or property damage caused by design or manufacturing defects, typically under a 2-year statute.
Note: You cannot claim both warranty and product liability for the same defect. You must choose one path.
Q16: I bought from a partner/reseller. Who handles after-sales service?
If you purchased from a Petipia partner or authorized reseller, warranty and after-sales support are provided by that partner. Please contact the seller directly, or use the warranty card they provided. Petipia is not directly responsible for warranty service on such purchases.
5. Product Usage & Maintenance
Q17: Does the Hunting Dog GPS work well in remote mountain areas?
Yes, with dual-satellite positioning (GPS+BeiDou), the tracker maintains good location accuracy in most remote areas such as mountains and forests. However, extreme terrain (deep canyons, dense rainforests) or severe weather may affect signal quality.
Q18: What is the battery life of the night vision device? Can I replace the battery?
Battery life is approximately 12 hours under normal use, depending on IR illumination frequency. The device supports external power banks or replacement backup batteries. We recommend carrying spare batteries for extended fieldwork.
Q19: How do I maintain the trail camera? Does the camouflage coating fade?
Regularly clean the lens and PIR sensor with a soft cloth. The camouflage coating is treated for weather resistance and does not fade easily under normal outdoor conditions. However, prolonged direct sunlight or extreme weather may cause minor aging. Store the device in a dry, shaded place when not in use.
Q20: Are the products waterproof? Can I use them in the rain?
Hunting Dog GPS: IP67 waterproof – can be submerged in 1m of water temporarily, rain-safe.
Trail Camera: Rain and moisture-resistant – suitable for rainy conditions.
Night Vision Device: Splash-resistant – not recommended for submersion or prolonged heavy rain exposure.
