Our Philosophy

We always strive to provide our customers with high-quality outdoor gear — Hunting Dog GPS, Trail Cameras, and Night Vision devices. However, sometimes the product you receive may not perform as expected upon delivery or after time due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, please contact our support team for technical assistance.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused, or undamaged items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that returned packages may have customs clearance risks and related fees when they arrive at our warehouse. In such cases, we will deduct these fees from your refund. We appreciate your understanding.

If a non-defective item has been opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances, and it will not be eligible for a refund.

For unopened or unused items, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Warranty Service

For Hunting Dog GPS Trackers, Trail Cameras, and Night Vision devices purchased directly from our website, we offer a One-Year Limited Warranty from the time of purchase.

To be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a return process by contacting our support team within 90 days of the original purchase.

The 90-day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from:

Accidents or abuse

Unauthorized disassembly or modification

User error or improper use

Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation, scratches)

Water damage beyond stated IP ratings

Force majeure events (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

Incidental and consequential damages are not covered under this warranty.
